Pennsylvania Avenue provides a 30-day manufacturer warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, starting from the date of shipment.
No Refunds or Exchanges

All Gear is Custom: Because every product is custom-made, no refunds or exchanges can be provided under any circumstances.
Claims & Returns

Notify Us: If you discover a manufacturer defect within the 30-day warranty period, please contact Pennsylvania Avenue for return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA#).

Inspection: The defective item must be returned to Pennsylvania Avenue for inspection prior to any replacement authorization.

Replacement: If the item is confirmed defective, we will replace it with the same product number, style, color, and size. No substitutions are permitted.
Exclusions

Normal Wear & Tear: Damage from regular use, misuse, abuse, or alterations is not covered.

Surface-Related Damage: Pennsylvania Avenue is not responsible for how products wear on various playing surfaces.

Alterations: Evidence of customer alterations or misuse may void the warranty.
Shipping & Liability

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend insuring your package and using a tracking service.

No Liability for Loss: Pennsylvania Avenue assumes no liability for lost or damaged return packages.

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product shows signs of use or alterations not covered by warranty.

Order Processing & Tracking
Production & Order Processing

Custom-Made Products Only: Pennsylvania Avenue does not stock pre-made items; all gear is produced to order.

Same-Day Order Initiation: We strive to begin processing your custom order the same day it’s received, using our estimated production and delivery schedules posted on our homepage.

Weekend & After-Hours: Orders submitted after business hours on Friday or on weekends are initiated on the next business day (usually Monday).
Shipping & Delivery

Production vs. Shipping Time: Upgraded shipping (e.g., Next Day Air) does not shorten the production time for your custom gear. It only affects transit time once the order is completed.

Carrier & Tracking: Our preferred carrier is UPS Ground, though we also use USPS for international shipments. Once your order ships, we will email you tracking information.

Weekend Deliveries: UPS does not deliver on weekends unless specifically requested. Please do not count Saturday or Sunday as business days when estimating delivery.

International Shipping: International orders are shipped via USPS (U.S. Postal Service).
Cancellations & Modifications

24-Hour Cancellation Window: You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of submission. Beyond that, cancellations may not be possible, especially once production begins.

Down Payments: Any down payment is non-refundable once fabric is cut or production is underway.

No In-Stock Items: Because every item is made to order, we do not offer same-day or immediate shipping.

Save Your Documentation: Please keep your packing slip or order confirmation; it serves as your receipt for reference or if you need to contact us about your purchase.

Exchange Policy
Exchange Policy
Pennsylvania Avenue does not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items, including (but not limited to) pants, jerseys, jackets, and hats. Because these products are made to your exact specifications, no refunds will be issued. However, if we make an error on your order, we will work with you to correct it and, if necessary, provide an exchange to resolve the issue.
